An established general contractor is looking for a Accounting Clerk to join their team on a temporary-hire basis. The Accounting Clerk must have strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and have outstanding written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities of Accounting Clerk:
  • Preparing bank deposits
  • AP/AR
  • Account reconciliation
  • Creating/maintaining spreadsheets
  • Obtaining rental spreadsheets
  • Acting as the POC for tenant communication
  • Obtaining rental paperwork
  • Preparing tax paperwork
  • Assisting with Settlement paperwork
  • Scanning, filling, faxing
  • Data entry
  • Any additional duties as assigned

Requirements for Accounting Clerk:
  • Quickbooks experience is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Suites (specifically excel)
  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent mathematical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $38, 000.00 to $45, 000.00 /year
