Benefits Administrator
An established Insurance Company is seeking a temporary to hire Benefits Administrator for their growing team. The Benefits Administrator will oversee HIF clients as well as enrollment services through process and procedure.

Responsibilities for Benefits Administrator:
  • Knowledge of enrollment/billing for HIF clients
  • Knowledge of benefits administration/eligibility/COBRA
  • Liaison between managers on any client issues
  • Generate and review HIF billing invoices
  • Work with various team members to resolve any billing/enrollment system discrepancies
  • Educated clients on enrollment system/answer system related questions
  • Oversees medicare advantage application process
  • Act as one of the main POC' s for clients and vendors
  • Enter electronic file enrollments
  • Track/report audits
  • AP verification
  • Review/confirm weekly COBRA reports


Requirements for Benefits Administrator:

  • previous experience working within the Insurance sector
  • strong attention to detail
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • New Jersey Health Producer License is preferred
