Our client in the Ardmore, PA area is looking for a Business Manager.
This position will have many responsibilities including for payroll as well as receivables. Very good benefits and lots of variety in the job.
Responsibilities of the Business Manager:
- Payroll – bi-weekly processing and changes as needed
- Benefits administration for all employees
- New hire processing as needed.
- Employee records for all moves, adds, and changes.
- Client billing and some collections.
- Client record keeping, mange fee changes and discounts.
- Reconciling client records to G/L.
Requirements of the Business Manager:
- Bachelor’ s in accounting, business or similar.
- 3+ years of similar experience
- Payroll software experience, ADP preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Very good communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel and Word.
