Accounting Assistant

An established insurance agency is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join their team on a temporary to hire basis.

Responsibilities of Accounting Assistant:
  • Supporting the accounting department in day-to-day functions
  • Generating E-mails
  • Sending invoices to customers
  • Corresponding with vendors/clients who owe money
  • Performing any clerical duties as assigned: phones, filling, scanning, data entry

Requirements of Accounting Assistant:
  • Proficient with the MS Suites
  • Associates degree or higher
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principals
  • Strong organizational skills

Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour
